Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers glimpses of the ocean from certain upper-level rooms but needs a little TLC with peeling cupboards and fridges that require descaling/defrosting. The bathroom could use better cleanliness and curtains. Additionally, the availability of a cocktail maker staff member is limited and at specific times.
The hotel rooms are spacious, although most lack bay views, and some need updating. Despite the issues with views and older decor, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, privacy could be an concern, especially regarding the water views that were promised but not delivered.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic with close proximity to town and Matso's, offering amazing views. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, but unfortunately, the one with a carpark view was not ideal, though glimpses of the ocean were a nice touch. The service was friendly and helpful, although it seemed to vary. The dining experience had its flaws, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.
